Product Types

ShopBot offers a variety of product types to cater to different business needs. Each product type has its own unique features and setup process. Below is a list of the available product types along with links to their respective tutorials:

  • Text Product: A simple product type that delivers a text message to the buyer upon purchase. Ideal for thank-you notes, instructions, or any other text-based content. Note that Text Products also have an option to send a unique product to each buyer therefor creating your own stock-limited products.
  • Discord Product: This product type allows you to give up to 5 Discord roles to the buyer upon purchase. Perfect for membership sites, exclusive content access, or community perks.
  • Token Product: A versatile product type that enables you to sell ShopBot Tokens (STKN) to your users. Buyers can use these tokens to buy all of the other product types available on ShopBot. This is a great way to create a virtual economy within your server. (Note: Token Products can only be purchased using real money payment providers like Stripe, PayPal, or Crypto.)
  • Game Product: This product type allows you to sell ingame items or currency (really anything you want since ShopBot will just sends the commands you define to your game server), refer to the Supported Games section to see if your game is supported.
