ShopBot only collects and processes personal data that is necessary for the specified purposes described in this policy. Data is not used for purposes incompatible with those stated. Note that for member tracking data and operation tracking data that can be activated through the dashboard, the data will be stored for 2 weeks if the subscription is paused due to a failed charge retry. If the user cancel his subecription all of the data wil be permanently deleted.

ShopBot uses Datadog for analytics purposes to monitor application performance and user interactions. Every product that users buy will be registered in the database alongside the user discord id. It will be stored as long as the user doesn't specifically ask for a data suppression. Only ShopBot Administrators and product owners are able to see who bought what with ShopBot. To make it more clear: a product owner will be able to see who bought his product unless the user specifically asks for a data suppression. A data suppression will result in a product loss if not claimed.
Payments
Unless otherwise specified, this Website (shopbote.site domain) processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. This Website isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed. The Wbesite uses Stripe to manage its payment system.
