Managing Your Stock
Once you have created stock-limited products, it's essential to manage your inventory effectively. ShopBot provides several commands and dashboard features to help you keep track of your stock levels and make adjustments as needed.
Viewing Stock Levels In Discord
You can check the current stock levels of your products directly from your Discord server using the following command:
/get_stock <ProductID>
Replace <ProductID> with the actual ID of the product you want to check. ShopBot will respond with the current stock level for that product.
Viewing Stock Levels in the Dashboard
You have multiple options to view stock levels in the ShopBot dashboard:
- Product List Page: Navigate to Products → Product List. Here, you can see a list of all your products along with their current stock levels at the top left of each product card.
- Product Edit Page: Click on a specific product from the Product List to open its edit page. The current stock level is displayed in the Inventory & Configuration section. You can as well edit the stock directly from this page.
Adjusting Stock Levels
If you need to adjust the stock levels of your products, you can do so using the following methods:
Multiple Delivery Text Product
For Text Products with multiple delivery options, you can add or remove stock by adding or removing text entries in the product content edit page on the dashboard (Product List -> Product Edit -> Product Content). Each unique text entry represents one unit of stock. You cannot manually set the stock level for this product type.
Other Product Types
For other product types, you can manually set the stock level from the dashboard:
- Go to the Product List page in the dashboard.
- Click on the product you want to adjust to open its edit page.
- In the Inventory & Configuration section, locate the stock level input field.
- Enter the desired stock level and click Save Changes.
