Create a Team

If you have a big discord server or that you simply want to delegate your work with ShopBot to your staff, you need to create a ShopBot Team. All of your team members will be able to create products directly linked to your server on your behalf, edit existing products that are connected to your server and modify The token generation of your server.

To be able to create a Team You simply need to have ShopBot in one of your discord servers. Every team are linked to a specific server. If you kick ShopBot of your server, your team and everything connected to your server (including your members' balances) will be deleted.

Ready ? Okay ! Let's jump into it !

Step One

This might be the easiest step, you simply need to invite ShopBot to your discord server. You can do this by simply cliking here (opens new window) !

Step Two

Go on the ShopBot Dashboard (opens new window) and click on Servers then Teams, once there you will need to click on the button that says Create a Team. You will need to select the server to which the team will be connected (in our case the server where you have just added ShopBot) and create it!

Step Three

Last step ! You now should see your new team on the team main page. Click on Edit and you will be able to add new members to your team ! To add a member, you simply need to add the discord username (not the display name) of the user that you want to add and click on submit ! To delete a member, simply delete the username of the text input and submit !
